Early Years Care & EducationHelping You To Enhance Good Practice In Early Years Care
CACHE Entry and Foundation Level Certificate for preparation for ChildcareSuitable for those who have no experience to working with children - especially young people who wish to achieve a career in childcare. Early Years Care NVQsLevel 2This qualification is suitable for those interested in a career working with children in school, pre-schools, nurseries, crèches and family centres employed or on a voluntary basis. Level 3Candidates should have previous experience in childcare and be working in a supervisory position. Level 4The Level 4 qualification has three different strands:
NVQ in Learning Support Levels 2 & 3The recognised qualification for teaching assistants employed or working on a voluntary basis in a wide variety of settings. NVQ in Playwork Levels 2 & 3The qualification for staff (employed or voluntary) working in after schools clubs etc. Certificate in Childminding PracticeConsists of three stand alone units
Develops the knowledge and skills for child minding practice step-by-step from the newly registered child minder to an experienced and highly skilled community or accredited child minder TDLB Assessors AwardsIt is always a great help to your staff working toward NVQ qualifications to have an on-site assessor. Assessors Awards are normally charged at £150.00 per unit but if you have NVQ candidates enrolled with Achievement Training we can arrange low cost training for your staff to become qualified Early Years Care Assessors. Assistance with funding is available subject to status and full information on how to apply for this funding is available on induction. |
