Customer Service is relevant in all vocational areas and one that is a key qualification that all employers are finding increasingly essential for the success. If you are interested in or wish to enhance your career these qualifications are of prime important to employers who place the customer first.
Customer Service NVQs
Level 2
For those starting out on a career in customer service this award gives the opportunity to work in a wide variety of settings.
Level 3
If you are working in supervisory position in a customer service environment and wish to gain a nationally recognized qualification this qualification is for you.
TDLB Assessors Awards
It is always a great help to your staff working toward NVQ qualifications to have an on-site assessor. Assessors Awards are normally charged at £150.00 per unit but if you have NVQ candidates enrolled with Achievement Training we can arrange low cost training for your staff to become qualified Customer Service Assessors.
Assistance with funding is available subject to status and full information on how to apply for this funding is available on induction.
