Blue Screen IT: Achievement Training has been working alongside Blue Screen IT to support young people into sustainable employment through Apprenticeships and work placements. Blue Screen IT has employed 7 full time Apprentices and 6 young people on work experience activities since 2008. The learners have completed the Apprenticeship programme then been given the opportunity to apply for full time permanent employment position. Francis Clark: The success of previous apprenticeship initiatives at Francis Clark has prompted the award winning chartered accountants to create two new apprenticeships in their business and administration department . These posts were filled using Achievement Training’s recruitment service. The current business and administration apprenticeship employees at Francis Clark have achieved excellent results; progressing from intermediate level, onto the advanced framework in the business sector, demonstrating how apprentices with the firm develop their skill sets and are supported with long term employment and career development.
