What can you expect as a learner at ATL?

Once you begin life as a Learner at Achievement Training to can expect to be treated with respect.

You will experience a a course suited to your own individual needs. You will have direct access to your Tutor/Assessor as well as being able to receive help and support from various other members of staff within the organisation. You are always welcome to provide your suggestions and ideas to help support the improvement of your learning experience. ATL staff provide a friendly and relaxed atmosphere where you are our number one priority. You can access your coursework on-line outside of the centre and our actual business hours which can be assessed by your Tutor/Assessor, so there is bags of opportunities for you to study in the peace and quiet of your own home in addition to any other more structured learning .

Whilst you aevery-person-matters-logore a learner with ATL you will also have the opportunity to meet with learners from other courses. You are also encouraged to look at all the different course options here at Achievement Training whilst you are with us.

All staff are here to help you feel safe, learn and achieve to your fullest potential. All our staff have been trained in Equality, Diversity, safeguarding and Child/Adult protection. There is a no tolerance view on bullying and any behaviour leading to you feeling disrespected will be dealt with at the earliest opportunity. You will find ATL staff positive and friendly here at ATL and we are passionate about your learning experience and feel that if you enjoy your learning it makes for a positive learning experience for all and look forward to welcoming you in.

Our Learner Support Manager supports the health and well-being of all our learners throughout their time with us and our designated safeguarding team ensures all colleagues are appropriately trained with specialist knowledge including Prevent, mental health, substance misuse and safeguarding.
