What you'll learn
Are you thinking of working in a shop, office, hotel reception or as a customer service advisor, event management or travel and tourism? Whatever your future holds, this course offers you a great opportunity to access a wide range of career options either in a business or customer service environment. You‟ll study a suite of qualifications including a level 2 Diploma in Customer Services, with additional separate qualifications in Travel and Tourism and Event Management. Whatever area of business or customer service you move into this course is structured to support your next step onto your chosen career path.
This qualification is designed for learners age 16 years and over. No prior knowledge or skills are required
What to expect
You will attend 2 days a week at Achievement Training’s City Centre location plus 1 day at a relevant work placement. At the centre you will have the opportunity to network with other learners, share practice and access different resources to support your learning including laptops, desktops, tablets and textbooks. Your tutor will support your throughout the course and you will be provided with a detailed course programme.
On completion you can progress to Apprenticeship, Further Education Level 3 Customer Services or paid employment opportunities can vary across the sector.
